503 error means you have used up the throttling capability given to you by the server AI (Artificial Intelligence). Commonly this error occurs when someone tries to make too many connections from a single IP address or wants to download a lot of files at once from the server using a download manager. 503 error automatically prohibits the server from overloading and slightly protect it from flooding. This is a temporary error, if this error is frequently occuring in your site and your visitors are complaining regarding 503 errors then please contact customer support with the domain and cpanel username for whom the issue is occuring.
