Sometimes server faces lots of spikes in the performance for attacks, peak hour loads and network outgages. If its a major issue and needs a fixation then update should be available in the announcement section located here: http://www.mellowhost.com/billing/announcement.php
Sometimes for immediate fixation mass email isn't possible to send and thats why announcements are published based on the work progress. If you find the server slow though no notice is listed in the board then that might be because of the peak hour load. Peak hour loads usually do not make the server terribly slow comparing with the shared resources available. Though, if assistance required, please contact our customer support desk.
