Mellowhost provides free restoration service for clients with full cpanel backups. To restore accounts from a vps/dedicated server you need to provide the root password and if you want to restore accounts from your reseller then contact our support team for giving the ftp informations to generate the backups.
Note: Without root access, all other backups has to be generated by clients in our FTP to get them restored. We do not restore any backups with over 150 MB of size, restoring backups immediately at peak hours & restoring more than 10 accounts at a time. For furthur queries please contact our Support.
