Do you offer any free domain with the hosting plan?
A top level domain would be given as free of charge from Mellowhost if you order a shared hosting package for a year or more. Lower terms are not eligible for free domain.
What domain can be hosted with Mellowhost?
You can host any domain including any country level domain.
Do you charge me extra if I want to host my existing domain?
There is no additional charge for adding your own domain.
Do you offer trial?
No, we provide 30 days no question asked money back guarantee with all of our shared hosting plan. You can purchase and if you feel it is not right for you, simply open a ticket and we will refund your order ASAP.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can. You can do the package upgrade from your Clientarea. This will pro-rated bill you for the upgrades till your anniversary date.
What control panel do you use?

Can I order more IPs?
Yes, you can. But you have to provide proper justification on your IP usage. Each IP for VPS will cost you 2.5$ a month.
How is bandwidth billed?
Bandwidth allocation showed in our price comparison page or the order page is per month basis. Quota resets on the first day of the month. If you reach your bandwidth limit before the last day of the month, your hosting account will be suspended. You can order additional bandwidth or upgrade your package from your Clientarea.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal & Skrill. You can pay using Credit Card using the above gateways without creating an account. We do not store any credit card information. Paypal & Skrill processes these for us.
How fast will you approve order?
Your hosting account will be instantly created upon paying. Although you have to pass the fraud screening transparent method we have in our order form. In case, you believe you were wrongly marked as fraud, you can mail at [email protected] for further review.
Do you offer web design service?
