My primary cpanel quota is set to 10GB, why is that?

We create the main reseller account automatically after the payment, all the reseller is automatically set to unmetered but the main cpanel account of the reseller is set to 10GB only on the sake of that username which is the root of all work and activity in MH reseller/master reseller account. This quota can always be changed from your WHM. Note: This is not your reseller quota/master reseller quota. In unix, quota can't be specified to 0/unlimited otherwise it corrupts the whole settings when we run our regular quota activity. That is the only reason we put a primary quota for the main cpanel account while it doesn't impact none of the user's reseller/master reseller account.
