Yes, to use this you need to login twice in two different area. First, login to your WHM and create a simple cpanel account with the domain you want to use for reseller. And then go to your master reseller panel and use the grant sub reseller option to grant the cpanel user as a reseller. This feature will allow you to create reseller's main cpanel account automatically and give the reseller account permission once you approve the order manually.
