MH offers AccountLab Plus as Free Billing Manager. We do not use a server wide license instead we host your billing manager on a distinct server for licensing. If you want to have a ALP license, simply open a ticket with the subdomain you want to use for the billing manager. Make sure, your primary domain is hosted in one of our server.
